
Cape Girardeau County’s New ‘I Voted’ Sticker Determined
The Cape Girardeau County Clerk’s Office is pleased to announce the public has chosen a new design for the official “I Voted” sticker for Cape Girardeau County Elections. The winning design will be used as the “I Voted” sticker in all elections held in the county for 2022 and 2023.
The artwork of six finalists was voted on by the public. The winning sticker was designed by Lydia Strickland of Cape Central High School. The first and second runners-up was Addison Clippard and Lillian Michael, respectively, who are students at Notre Dame Regional High School.
Congratulations to the winner and runners-up and thank you to all participants and those who took the time to vote for their favorite design.
The contest started on September 30, 2021 and was open to all residents of Cape Girardeau County.
