CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY COMMISSION TO HOLD

HEARING ON 2013 BUDGET

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Cape Girardeau County Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the 2013 Budget for Cape Girardeau County (section 121 (b) (2) of the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972, as amended), requires each recipient government to hold a public hearing on the proposed uses of entitlement funds and the relationships of such funds to entire budget prior to enactment.  The Budget Hearing is to be conducted by the governmental body responsible for enacting the budget.

Hearing to be held December 20, 2012, starting at 9:30 a.m. in the County Commission Room, Administrative Office Building, Jackson, Missouri.  If anyone is interested in examining said budget before the public hearing, they may do so in the County Commission Clerk’s Office.
